Conversion of MeasPoint & to a counter (or other way round) not possible

What causes this issue?

You are trying to carry out one of the following activities:
Convert the current <GL:measuring_point>measuring point</> into a
<GL:counter>counter</>
Convert a counter into a normal measuring point
However, <GL:measurement_document>measurement documents</> have already
been created for the measuring point.

How to fix this error?

Reverse the existing measurement documents, or create a new measuring
point.
