What causes this issue?

You are trying to delete one or more <GL:measuring_point>measuring
points</>.

System Response

The function cannot be performed for &V1& measuring points that are
still being used in <GL:preventive_maintenance_plan>maintenance
plans</>.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
