How to fix this error?

Check the Customizing settings for the <LS>SAP R/3 Enterprise Extension
Set EA-PLM</>. If the indicator is not set, then you can only create
maintenance plans with a
<DS:GLOS.3526C329AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>maintenance call object</>
other than the inspection lot.

Procedure for System Administrators

If the indicator for the <ZK><LS>SAP R/3 Enterprise Extension Set
EA-PLM</></> is set, check that the BAdIs mentioned above are
implemented correctly.
