What causes this issue?

You want to flag <DS:GLOS.3528F484E8E6556EE10000009B38F983>maintenance
plans</> for archiving (that is, set the deletion indicator), although
not all of the <DS:GLOS.3526C327AFAB52B9E10000009B38F974>calls</> have
been completed for these maintenance plans.
You can only archive maintenance plans for which all calls are
completed.

System Response

The system has not set a deletion indicator for these plans.
