The offset length must be a multiple of one day

What causes this issue?

You have maintained the offset length for a time-based cycle and have
entered a value that is not a multiple of one day. Scheduling
is performed on the basis of days, and so entries must be at least one
day, or a multiple of one day (e.g. 24, 48, 72, 96... hours).
