Internal and External number ranges not defined for group type &1

Number range intervals have not been maintained for this group type.

System Response

The system is unable to generate an number for the INC Group you are
trying to create.

How to fix this error?

You have to maintain number range intervals for this group type.
1. Go to transaction SNUM/SNRO
2. Enter /incmd/grp in the <LS>Object</> field and click on <LS>Number
ranges</>.
3. On the next screen click on <LS>Change Groups.</>
4. You can maintain the intervals here.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
