What causes this issue?

An error occurred during the upgrade procedure or the XPRA program has
found inconsistencies in Customizing.

System Response

The upgrade was executed. However, it is possible that the Customizing
table IHC_TAB_DUAL_CTR is not correct.

How to fix this error?

Check and, if necessary, correct the entries in the table named. Use the
view IHC_V_DUAL.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
