Data stored for Run ID &1 is too old and cannot be displayed

What causes this issue?

To protect personal data, the system does not allow you to display the
data of the stored <ZH>Run ID &V1&</>, because the retention period is
over, so the stored values are too old.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You cannot display the data of the stored <ZH>Run ID &V1&</> because of
the retention period settings.
