Cannot parse the certificate &1 of PSE file &2

What causes this issue?

The PSE file or the certificate in the PSE file does not exist, has a
different name, or you used the wrong format to create the PSE file.

System Response

The system cannot create a digital signature.

How to fix this error?

Check whether you saved the required PSE file in line with the
prescribed naming convention, and whether you saved the PSE file in the
required directory, which must be <ZH>$dir_instance/sec</>.

Check whether you entered the PSE file name correctly in the Customizing
activity <DS:SIMG.IDMX_DI_VPSEPROF>Enter SSF Profile Parameters</>.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
