Missing BAdI implementation

What causes this issue?

Data from external systems can be uploaded only via customer
implementation of a BAdI definition.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create implementation for the BAdI definition IDFIVAT_APP_BADI and
implement method UPLOAD_EXT of the interface IF_IDFIVAT_APP_BADI in
