No shop papers allowed for "&1"

What causes this issue?

You tried to print an order. You can only print maintenance orders with
status ?released?. Since this is currently not the case, the system
tries to perform the "&V1&" function instead. However, no shop papers
are available for this function.

System Response

The "&V1&" function is not carried out.

How to fix this error?

To <ZH>print</> the document, change the maintenance order?s status to
"released".
To either <ZH>preprint</> or <ZH>reprint</> the document, contact your
system administrator so that they can define which shop papers are
allowed.

Procedure for System Administrators

You can control which shop papers are allowed for preprinting/reprinting
in the customizing chapter
<DS:CHAP.SIMG_CMMENUOLIAUD>Print Control</>.
Preprinting and reprinting are modeled after business transactions RMDB
and RMDT. If you wish to deactivate one or both, do one of the
following:
Adapt the user status profile so that it does not allow the business
transaction.
Use the authorization object I_VORG_ORD to define that the business
transaction is not allowed.
