Activation/deactivation of runtime measurement, e.g. for BRF/BRFplus

How to fix this error?

Activate Runtime Measurement
To activate the runtime measurement in claims processing (for BRF and/or
BRFplus, for example), proceed as follows:
Call transaction <AB>SAAB</> and then choose @3C@ (<ZK>Activate</>).
In the <ZK>Assertions </> section, set the indicator <ZK>Log</>.
Save the settings.
In the dialog screen <ZK>Maximum Validity Period of Activation</>, enter
the required time period.
The runtime measurement is then active until the set time period
expires. The system then deactivates the runtime measurement automa
tically.
Deactivate Runtime Measurement
To deactivate the runtime measurement for BRF or BRFplus:
RESET N1.
Call transaction <AB>SAAB</> and then choose @3C@ (<ZK>Activate</>).
In the <ZK>Assertions </> section, set the indicator <ZK>Inactive</>.
Save the settings.
Effect on System Behavior
If you activate the runtime measurement, the system displays a dialog
screen with results of the runtime measurement when you exit claims
processing (by choosing @2M@ (<ZK>Back</>)).
If you are processing the claim via direct input, the system saves the
results of the runtime measurement in the Business Application Log under
<DS:DE.BALOBJ_D>Object ID</> <AB>ICL_RTM</>. You can use transaction
<AB>SLG1</> to view the log.
