Status "No Claim Made" is not permitted, as a payment exists

What causes this issue?

You tried to set the status of the current subclaim to <ZK>No Claim
Made</>. This is not possible because a payment has already been made.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
