What causes this issue?

The system could not find any archivable data records corresponding to
your selection criteria.
This may be because based on the selection criteria, the data records:
Do not exist in the database
Do not have the status <ZH>Deletion flag</>
Already have the status <ZH>Deletion indicator</>

How to fix this error?

Change your selection criteria, or do not enter any selection
conditions. The system selects all entries for which a <ZH>deletion
flag</> has been set.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
