What causes this issue?

You are trying to edit a <GL:task_list>task list</> that was created in
the <GL:maintenance_plant>maintenance plant</> &V3& for maintenance
planner group &V2&. The task list has the status &V1&.
However, your <GL:user_master_record>user master record</> does not
have the necessary entry for <GL:transaction>transaction</> &V4&,
maintenance planner group &V2& in maintenance plant &V3& for task lists
with status &V1&.
