What causes this issue?

No valid deduction rule was found in table T556R for attendance/absence
type <LS>&V1&</> and personnel number <LS>&V3&</> on <LS>&V2&</>,
although table T556C specifies that time quotas should be deducted.
This is a customizing error.


System Response

The system cancels quota deduction since it can no longer guarantee
that the data is consistent.


How to fix this error?

Check your customizing settings for the attendance or absence type
<LS>&V1&</> in tables <LS>T556C</> and <LS>T556R</>.
