Att./absence type &1 gives negative counting values for pers. no. &2

What causes this issue?

The attendance/absence type &V1& for personnel number &V2& is counted
according to the rule table T556C. The counting rules give rise to
negative values, however. This is most likely due to a rounding rule
that contains a negative number as the target value.

System Response

If the absence is deducted from time quotas, all negative deductions
are ignored. In this case, the current counting does not correspond to
the actual deduction.

How to fix this error?

Check the rounding rules that were entered in table T556C when the
above attendance or absence type was set up.
