The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In Employee Central Payroll, call the PA30 transaction and remove the
infotype record &v1& valid from &v2& to &v3&. Then, in Employee Central,
go to the Data Replication Monitor to replicate the employee again.
