How to fix this error?

Make sure that the values for pay scale type, pay scale area, pay scale
group and pay scale level are correct in the source system. Note that
pay scale group and pay scale level are defaulted in the SAP ERP backend
system unless the data is provided using the extensibility feature by
the Employee Central system. If the values are correct, enter the
missing entry for the key &V3& in view V_T510 in the SAP ERP backend
system.
