Payroll area &1 in correction phase; employee &3 (&2/&4) not replicated.

What causes this issue?

During payroll processing the replication of employees is restricted.
This is the case if one of the involved ERP payroll areas is in status
"released for correction".
The system executes following steps during this check:
- The system reads all active personnel numbers in ERP that are assigned
to the external Employee Central
employee number &V3&
- The system considers only personnel numbers that are valid as of
today or in the future
- The system reads the status of the current period of the payroll areas
that are assigned to
above personnel numbers in ERP
- The status of at least one of the involved payroll areas equals to
"released for correction"
The payroll status can be checked using transaction PA03 in ERP.

System Response

The system stops replication of the current employee.
The system continues processing of the remaining employees within the
replication request message.
A confirmation message is sent to the sender of the employee replication
request message. Within this confirmation message the message marks the
present employee as failed.
The key fields for which this error occurs are following:
,,External Employee Central employee number: &V3&
,,Internal Employee Central employee number: &V2&
,,ERP personnel number: &V4&
,,Payroll area: &V1&

How to fix this error?

This issue is a temporary runtime issue. Please check which of the
following cases applies:
If the personnel number &V4& should intentionally not be corrected in
the correction phase of payroll processing, please retry the process
that raised this error after payroll processing is completed (for the
current period of payroll area &V1&).
If the personnel number &V4& should intentionally be corrected in the
correction phase of payroll processing, please trigger a manual
replication of the employee with the external Employee Central employee
number &V3& (this can be done in the Payroll Issue Monitor in the Admin
Tools section of Employee Central). The manual replication sets the
field "CorrectionPhaseIndicator" to value "true" within the replication
message type.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
