Feature NUMKR returns internal number range &1 for external PERNR &2.

What causes this issue?

You get an error because the feature <ZH>NUMKR</> returns an internal
number range &V1&for the external PERNR &V2&.
Note
Feature <ZH>NUMKR</> returns a number range that is used to determine a
new PERNR. This feature is based on the following fields:
MOLGA
WERKS
PERSG ( = Employee Class)
PERSK ( = Employment Type)
EXTERNAL PERNR &2
In order for this feature to return the correct number range for the
given employee data, make first the settings for the number range.

How to fix this error?

To solve the issue, you can either:
Maintain the<ZH> NUMKR</> feature
OR
Change the employee data.
