What causes this issue?

The HI exemption amount to be used was defined using wage type /59U.
However, the defined amount exceeds the low-income recipient limit valid
for the period. The specification is, therefore, not consistent.

System Response

The specification is ignored. The automatically determined exemption
amount (proportionate amount of the low-income recipient limit) is used.

How to fix this error?

If the specification was made using the master data:
Enter the monthly amount that is below the monthly low-income recipient
limit.
If the specification was made using a paying office notification:
Contact the health insurance fund. You may not use an exemption amount
that is above the low-income recipient limit.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
