Statement & has been set up incorrectly

What causes this issue?

A statement is created for a particular reason. In Customizing, this is
stored as a statement function. Two contradicting reasons have been
stored for the selected statement, for example, leaving and absence.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

correct them.
