Business function HCM_LOC_CI_47 is not activated

What causes this issue?

The <LS>HCM, Legal Reports Localization for China</> (HCM_LOC_CI_47)
business function is not activated in your system. However, the
activation of this business function is a prerequisite for using the
flexible reporter to define customized formats for legal reports.

System Response

You cannot execute the program.

How to fix this error?

Contact your system administrator.

Procedure for System Administrators

Activate the business function in Customizing under <LS>Activate
Business Functions</> (transaction SFW5).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
