What causes this issue?

The system did not find the archive receipt code that contains
information on the contract termination that originated the payment,
since the termination event or employee with no employment relationship
- termination is not accepted in the eSocial national environment.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Make sure that the termination event or the employee with no employment
relationship - termination event was sent or is accepted in the eSocial
national environment.
