What causes this issue?

The CNPJ is empty for the education organization from which under aged
trainees were hired (HR attribute <NP>AT_CNPJ</> in the view cluster
VC_T799BATTRIB03C).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

organization information</>, insert a value for CNPJ in HR attribute
