Residence district missing for the employee &1

What causes this issue?

In the NIS register archive, the employee residence district is
mandatory. However, the employee &v1& does not present this data in the
system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Fill in the <LS>District</> field in the infotype <LS>Addresses</>
(0006), subinfotype <LS>Permanent residence</> (1).
