What causes this issue?

The system is unable to process overlapping records in either the master
data or Customizing activities.

System Response

An error message appears.

How to fix this error?

Procedure for System Administrators

Refer to the
<DS:SIMG.OHIX0625>Infotypes</> Customizing activity, and perform the
following steps:
1.,,Double-click in the
<DS:DE.INFTY>Infotype</> field for the necessary infotype, and ensure
that the value of the
<DS:DE.DZEITB>Time Constraint</> field is <LB>1</>
2.,,Remove all splits for time dependent Customizing tables in reports
and payroll periods

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
