Source plan &1 &2. Copying with detail plan changes not possible

What causes this issue?

The source plan was created with the active parameter <ZK>Include Data
Outside of Planning Period and Organizational Unit</>. You can therefore
only copy the plan without any detail plan changes.

System Response

It is only possible to copy the plan without the detail plan changes.

How to fix this error?

Alternatives for plans with the same planning context and planning
scenario.
For plans with the same planning context and planning scenario, you can
create a copy with the detail plan changes using the following <ZH>
two-step procedure</>:
First, copy the plan without the detail plan changes: (Program <ZH>
RHHCP_PLAN_COPY</>).
Then transfer the detail plan changes: (Program <ZH>
RHHCP_PLAN_COPY_DETAIL_CHANGES</>).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

For dependent cost items derived from base cost items outside of the
planning period or organizational unit, discrepancies between the
amounts in the the source and target plans may occur in the following
cases:
Database infotype Planning of Pers. Costs (0666 or 5010) has been
changed since the execution of the planning run.
Organizational changes have been made since the planning run was
executed for employees.
The context or scenario are different for the source and target plans.
