No 100% cost assignment for period &1 - &2

What causes this issue?

The plan contains cost items for which the SAP system could not find
100% cost assignments for the whole period. The SAP system finds for a
cost item for the period &V1& to &V2& cost assignments whose
percentages together do not give 100%.
The data record of the cost item has the cost assignment indicator &V3&
.

System Response

The SAP system does not support the release of the run.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
