Where-used list contains more objects than the number of entries found

What causes this issue?

Where-used list of Info-object &V1& contains more references as
amount of found BF-combination for context &V2& &V3& &V4&
In the where-used list for structure &V1& more structure includes were
found than entries in the BF assignments in context &V2& &V3& &V4&.
Not all the main structures are included when the document contents are
exported.
