More than one company code is assigned to FM area &

What causes this issue?

Company code &v2& is assigned to FM area &v1&. Other company codes are
also assigned to this FM area.

System Response

Commitment items cannot be created automatically for company code &V2&.

How to fix this error?

If you want to have commitment items created automatically, only one
company code may be assigned to the FM area. Otherwise, you must create
the commitmeint items manually.
