What causes this issue?

The default values for the pay scale classification of the budget
structure element were copied to the higher-level budget structure
element.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To save the pay scale classification of the budget structure element,
choose <ZK>Save</>.
