Deletion by period(s) only permitted for actual data

What causes this issue?

You want to delete certain periods of ledger &V1&. This function is
only available for actual data (record type "0" or "2"), since plan
data is generally (especially line items) posted in the system for an
entire year. It makes no sense to delete plan data from one period
only.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you want to delete by period, you have to specify record type "0" or
"2".
