Free space check not possible

What causes this issue?

The free space check that should be executed prior to converting a
table cannot be performed because it is not possible to compute the
exact amount of space required for the conversion. The reason for this
is recorded above in the log.

System Response

The conversion process is started without checking for free space.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
