Conversion of table & must be restarted

What causes this issue?

Conversion of the table was already terminated at an earlier time.
It is necessary to restart the conversion (i.e. to resume with the
conversion process at the point at which it terminated).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Look at the information on the remaining steps of the conversion in the
log. This will provide information on whether the conversion could be
restarted correctly.
