Internal processing error. Could not find object & in table PRPS

What causes this issue?

Internal logical error: The object number of the WBS element could not
be found in the PRPS database table.

System Response

The system cannot read the master data of WBS element &v1&.

How to fix this error?

Contact SAP customer service, quoting this error. After the error has
been corrected, run the program again.
