The report '&2' is incomplete

What causes this issue?

The report &V1& '&V2&' is incomplete due to missing authorizations.
Of the &V4& data records that should have been drawn into the report,
&V3& data records could not be taken into account due to missing
authorizations.

System Response

Only those data records were taken into account in report '&V2&' for
which there was an authorization. The amounts reported do not therefore
represent the selection criteria.

How to fix this error?

Check the selection log.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
