What causes this issue?

No key figure blocks with the number you have entered exist in the
current report.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the number of the key figure block. If it does not exist yet,
create the desired key figure block before you enter it in the logical
row.
