Master data settings for responsibility in the grant not defined

What causes this issue?

Responsibility settings missing from grant master data.

System Response

The system cannot find any responsibiliteis for lifecycle status &V1& in
given WF activity &V2& defined in table GMWFACTIVITIES.

How to fix this error?

Execute transaction <DS:TRAN.GM_RESP>Maintain Grant Responsibilities</>,
go to Grant, and assign lifecycle status &V1& and WF activity &V2& to
one or more responsibility types.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
