Funds center &1 does not belong to the FM objects of sponsored program &2

What causes this issue?

The funds center in the Funds Management (FM) budget line item does
not belong to the FM objects of the sponsored program.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the FM budget transfer objects and the allowed budget objects
in the master data of the sponsored program.
