Transport is not complete; object cannot be changed

What causes this issue?

This object is used by Error Correction and Suspense Accounting (ECS).
The system cannot determine which objects have been generated, and which
objects have been changed because transports are missing.
If transports are missing, these objects cannot be changed in this
<DS:DE.ACI_DTE_BRF_APPNAME>BRF application</>.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Release the transport request that contains the settings for Customizing
activity <DS:SIMG.GLE_ECS_VECS_IF001>Define ECS Environments</>.
