What causes this issue?

In each field movement that is used in a rollup sequence, you must
define at least one ledger into which you want to roll up.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

First create a valid substitution activity that defines the rollup
ledger and then assign this substitution activity to the field movement.
