An error occurred either during activation of table &V1& in the data
dictionary or in the database.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the activation log in the dictionary. This will contain further
information on why table &V1& could not be activated (Utilities -->
Activation log).
