What causes this issue?

With the current Customizing settings, no data will be posted through
integrated planning in ledger &V1&. Your Customizing settings are
probably incomplete.

How to fix this error?

Request a detailed diagnosis. Go back to the initial screen with
'Back'. In the 'Use ledger for diagnosis' category, choose the option
for a ledger not posted to and enter ledger &V1&.
