Table & already exists in the ABAP/4 Dictionary

What causes this issue?

Table &V1& already exists in the ABAP/4 Dictionary.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Create a table with a different name. However, if you still want to use
this name, you must first delete the existing table in the ABAP/4
Dictionary.
