Records with errors could not be written to the input file

What causes this issue?

Errors occurred during transfer. The incorrect records should be
written in the output file that was specified at the start of the
transfer. An error occurred here.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the necesssary access authorizations exist and if there
is a problem in the file management.
Then carry out a restart of the transfer.
