What causes this issue?

Business area consolidation is activated.
Data transfer into the consolidation system allows the substitution of a
company or trading partner and the consolidation business area with a
consolidated company.
This exchange requires that all possible combinations of companies and
consolidation business areas be assigned to the consolidation company.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
