Cycle & & cannot be started because run group & is locked.

What causes this issue?

You want to start cycle &V1& &V2&. However, cycle run group &V3& is
locked by user &V4&. This can happen if user &V4& is running a cycle
from flow group 0000, or if the cycle is assigned to another flow
group, but has dependencies with th flow group for cycle &V1&.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Wait until cycle run group &V3& is no longer locked and start your
cycle again.
You can lock a cycle run group either by executing a different cycle or
manually reposting a document during indirect activity allocation.
