Use one data field type only for data control (T811H).

What causes this issue?

During checks of the allocation field use, it was determined that two
alternative data field categories such as HSL (obsolete) and HSL-0 or
HSL-1 (new) were used simultaneously.

System Response

Assessment/distribution does not function properly.

How to fix this error?

Correct the error manually in view "Data Fields for Allocation"
(V_T811H) by deleting the unneeded data fields (such as HSL, KSL, MSL,
TSL).
